Undoubtedly, it is the countries that are behind all the wars and occupations. They participated in the UN climate summit but have, through warfare, polluted the air, water, destroyed forests, land and wildlife.

Climate funding of $ 100 billion per year 2020–2025 achieved by the UN climate meeting COP26 in Glasgow is interpreted as if the arms industry countries pay to the coal & oil industry countries.

COP26 in Glasgow should instead have demanded that the arms, oil and coal industry countries should phase out their industry so that the goal of a fossil-free world leading to peace and sustainable development can be achieved.

This means that China and India with their coal industry, the USA with their arms industry, Saudi Arabia and Iran with their oil industry and mining industry should not be allowed to dictate any conditions at any climate meeting but leave this to climate experts and researchers.
This in turn means that all countries can report their emissions in an equal way according to rules for trading in emission rights, rules for transparency and common time frames for reporting climate work.
War poses a threat to the environment and to humanity
